Do you want to Lose Weight? Get Toned? Increase Strength? Hit a golf ball farther? Chase the kids around or run through the airport without losing your breath? Everybody has different goals. I want to know about your goals. In my gym, it'll be just you and me, working toward your goal with no distractions.
For your first session, you won't even workout. First, I want to know about your hopes and dreams. I'll ask you about your current fitness level and find out what is motivating you to improve. We'll talk about fitness, nutrition and where you want to be in one year.
After we talk about your goals and I assess your fitness level, I'll design a workout program specifically for you. This isn't a cookie-cutter program you'd get in a public gym from a 25 year old kid (with a weekend certification) who can't even train themselves properly, let alone you. This is an individualized program, with specially designed equipment, created specifically for you, by me-your personal trainer.
You won't get bored and you will see results. Why? Eventually I will get you into Muscle Confusion Principle (MCP) training. MCP is the preferred method to train with weights from the elite trainers worldwide. Lifting weights is the ultimate form of cross training while achieving muscle failure; which produces the fastest results (see page tab marked "Your Benefits"). MCP training will keep you from getting bored, because you will be doing a different workout every time you enter the gym. MCP training produces the fastest results of just about any other type of exercise. It's a great feeling when you look in the mirror during your workout or getting out of the shower and see a leaner and toner body staring back at you. Now that's how to motivate, with results!

- Informing and formulating a proper nutritional program for you and keeping yourself accountable every week.
- Designing and changing your workout every session while keeping a detailed record of every workout.
- Giving you specific goals for you to achieve on every set of every workout.
- Adjusting the amount of weight and number of reps in between each set.
- Teaching correct form and correcting bad before it becomes a habit.
- Keeping you motivated and focused throughout each workout.
Because your workout is scheduled at the same time every week, it becomes a part of your normal weekly schedule. You don't have to think about your workouts, just show up and I basically do the rest. For that precious half hour, my gym becomes your gym. In the hectic life that we all lead, we need time for ourself-not just for our physical health but also for our mental well-being.
Many clients tell me in the first month of working out with me, they feel stronger not just physically but mentally. They have more confidence, a greater positive outlook and are better able to handle the everyday stresses of life.
